   <description><![CDATA[A new ID card will be issued to successful graduates, starting from January 2010 and onwards. The new ID card has multiple security features and using credit card technology. The new ID card also uses more contemporary graphics and layout compared to the ID card currently in use. <br /><br />In addition, the reverse side includes <strong>Operational Statement</strong>, <strong>CoC</strong> and <strong>Contact Information</strong> for the field offices in EU, US and SEA.<br /><br />Previous graduates (prior of 2010) may upgrade their old ID cards at a reduced fee until the end of October 2009.<br /><br /><img src="http://www.isaacademy.com/pics/isaid.jpg" alt="" />]]></description>
